We are now accepting applications for our Fall cohort start in May 2021. Take advantage and start your new year the right way: Finishing your degree with EMU!
The Leadership & Organizational Management (LOM) major is part of EMU’s Adult Degree Program (ADP) and is specifically designed to meet the unique needs of adult learners. We understand that your life is hectic—our students balance work, family, and many other important obligations.
In response, the ADP offers students unparalleled flexibility that doesn’t sacrifice relationship building or robust student support services. Classes meet online once per week over a 15-month period.
We also make the transfer process easy by recognizing your previous college courses and granting credit for certain workplace and life experience. Students are personally guided through the evaluation and admissions process by a dedicated ADP advisor who is trained to assess the unique academic, professional, and practical experience that adult students possess.
Finally, we recognize that students are concerned about cost. The LOM major is competitively priced against public institutions and can be completed for approximately $16,000 without hidden fees or gimmicks. Federal Direct Student Loans and other financial aid options are available.
Enhance your degree with a Certificate in Restorative Justice.
