From the moment international students land in the United States, through the transition to life on campus, our campus community provides support every step of the way and helps you adjust to life in another culture.

Nearly 75% of EMU faculty have lived and worked internationally. We know what it is like to adjust to a new culture, climate and environment. Our director of international student services welcomes international students like few other universities, providing a safe and friendly connection to life in a new country.

Intensive English Program (IEP)

Instructors are experts in their chosen languages and they help you prepare for further study at the undergraduate, graduate or seminary level.

EMU staff will help you transition into other programs when you complete IEP.
