Why I came to EMU

I wanted to attend a smaller school that encouraged my spiritual, educational, professional, and personal growth. As an international student, it was important for me that my school would embrace diversity and allow me to learn from different people. I was amazed on how EMU met and exceeded all my expectations.

My favorite things to do in Harrisonburg

Enjoy the different local restaurants in Harrisonburg, attend local sporting events, and visit new places around the Valley.

My favorite memories at EMU

I have great memories from my time as a student; some of my favorites were being a part of LSA with my friends and organizing campus events, getting to know other international students on campus, and taking spontaneous day trips with friends.
