Why I Came To EMU

I wanted to attend a smaller school that encouraged and nurtured my educational, spiritual, professional, and personal growth. As an international student, it was important for me that my school would embrace diversity and allow me to learn from individuals from many different backgrounds and interests. EMU met and exceeded all my expectations!

Favorite Things To Do In Harrisonburg

Although I have lived in Harrisonburg for the past ten years, I am still discovering new things to do! I enjoy all the different local restaurants around town.

Favorite memories at EMU

I have great memories from my time as a student; some of my favorite were being part of LSA where I made great friends and also got to organize various campus events. I also enjoyed getting to know other international students.
