Chapel & Worship

The EMU campus community comes together for University Chapel each Wednesday and Friday at 10 a.m. in Lehman Auditorium. Two chapel series, "Psalms, Hymns & Spiritual Songs" and “Embodying Sexual Wholeness,” and much more are planned by Campus Ministries for this year. A Monday morning All Campus Worship service happens once a semester and Celebration, weekly student-led worship, takes place every Sunday evening at 9 p.m. in Martin Chapel.

Prayer & Discipleship

Ministry Assistants put a lot of energy into encouraging discipleship on their halls and preparing Bible Studies together. There are also places on campus dedicated as spaces for prayer. Walk the prayer labyrinth on the hill or make time to be in the prayer rooms in Northlawn or the Seminary building.

YPCA

The Young People's Christian Association is the student-led organization for Christian mission, service and outreach. The YPCA Council plans service days each fall and spring semester, Spring Break Y-trips, theme weeks and connects students with opportunities for ministry in the community. Every student can get involved with YPCA!

There are many congregations within a short distance from campus. Take a look at the link to the Campus Ministries list of area churches and keep an eye on the bulletin board across from the Registrar's office in the Campus Center for postings from local congregations.
