|Description||Provides assistance for the Assistant to the President, Vice President for Finance, Undergraduate Academic Dean and Cross-cultural offices, and Provost as needed.
Office skills require word-processing. Must have good telephone etiquette and public relations skills.
Duties may include photocopying, answering telephone, taking messages, sorting mail, filing, data entry, running errands and other duties needed in the office setting.
A high degree of confidentiality is required.
Physical Requirements: Within the general range of an office environment.
Attire: Modest attire suitable for an office environment is appropriate.
