Last Saturday, in the Gehman Gallery, the Sonhos e Saudades art show opened. It featured the pictures of Tyrone Turner and Susan Sterne’s two years of documentary work in Brazil. During their time in Brazil they explored social issues like land rights, literacy, and public health as well as the popular traditions in the Northeastern region.
