We are doing advocacy and lobbying to the national and local goverment relating to environmental issues, especaially mining exploration in Flores and the Palm Oil Industry in Kalimantan, affecting many people and their livelihoods as well as natural enviroment.
I also work with the Indonesian Caritas of Surabaya Diocese for natural disaster relief service in the East Java Province. Eventually, I will also teach a conflict transformation course for a Church based group.
2007: I did my internship at VIVAT International, a faith-based NGO associated with the UN under the ECOSOC in New York. I envisioned my future work focusing on the issues of Human Rights, Sustainable Development and Eco-peacebuilding in Indonesia.
