Dawn Lehman provides training, facilitation and coaching services through Collective Change Partners, which she launched in 2019. Collective Change Partners specializes in holding space for meaningful and motivating conversations for groups and individuals who are seeking to impact social change, build community, address conflict, and live from a place of integrity.

Dawn’s previous work includes serving as the Restorative Justice Coordinator at the Dialogue and Resolution Center, at Center for Victims in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In this capacity Dawn coordinated a Victim Offender Dialogue Program serving juveniles involved in the court system and the people impacted by their actions. In addition, Dawn provided training in Conflict Resolution, Mediation, Trauma and Restorative Justice. Dawn has volunteered as a Victim Offender Dialogue facilitator through Pennsylvania’s Office of the Victim Advocate since 2003, and as a mediator with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission since 2011.

Along with her M.A. in Conflict Transformation, Dawn’s education includes a B.A. in Social Work, and Certificate in Professional Coaching. She is committed to serving others through work that promotes authentic communication, builds understanding across differences, and supports healing.
