Study and Training for Effective Pastoral Ministry (STEP) at Eastern Mennonite Seminary provides training for pastors or ministry leaders – who may not have college, Bible school, or seminary training. STEP helps leaders grow in love for God, in character, in competence, and in effectiveness.
