Welcome to Mostly Mennonite, Mostly A Cappella a program of hymns and anthems for a Sunday morning with host John Horst. Coming up this Sunday a special Vernal Equinox theme. Of course music related to the Spring season. We open with selections from Melodious Accord and continue with three Anglican Psalm chants. After a touch of Vivaldi we continue with the Mennonite Heritage Singers. Meditative Taize responses follow and we close out the hour with a planetarium night sky interlude. After the nine o’clock break we feature selections from the Spring section of Haydn’s “The Seasons.”
