The annual Gala concert is the department’s opening celebration of the winter holiday seasons. We welcome the broader EMU community to this annual event that showcases the breadth of musical talent of EMU’s Music Department.

This will be an all Haydn concert:

• a student-organized Piano Trio (piano, violin, cello)
• a student-organized performance of Scottish songs (soprano, violin, cello and piano)
• a symphony: No. 88 (EMU Chamber Orchestra)
• a mass: Mass No. 9 in D Minor, the Lord Nelson Mass (for combined choirs, soloists and orchestras)

This is our major fundraising concert of the year. Suggested donations are $10 per person and will benefit the music scholarship fund.
