Support Peacebuilding Around the World
People around the world are working for peace in their communities. Many with a real desire to make a difference come to EMU’s Center for Justice and Peacebuilding to obtain their master’s degree to gain knowledge and leadership skills for use back home.
Many EMU undergrads are studying peacebuilding and development in the applied social sciences program.
And now EMU is offering an accelerated peace studies program to give students both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in conflict transformation through a five-year curriculum.
Give the gift of peace this year
How can you help? EMU awards about $9 million in financial aid to students each year. Nearly 100% of students receive financial aid. Help us nurture and develop leaders like 2011 Nobel Peace Laureate Leymah Gbowee by making a secure online donation to EMU.
(If this is a gift in honor of someone else, we’ll send you a lovely gift card to let them know of your gift. Indicate the number of gift cards needed in the comments field of the online giving form.)
You may also mail donations to the address below. Be sure to note your interest in supporting developing peace leaders.
